Love excites and motivates me.
I see my profession as a gift - to give and receive. I am thankful when I am chosen to photograph a couple's love story - to photograph a union and celebration of two people's love for one another. As a single woman, I am optimistic and appreciative by the prospect of two people finding and committing themselves to each other. I would be honored to document your special day as your wedding photographer. I am the sole owner of my business and as a result, I take each wedding seriously. I do not overbook myself because I want to devote the time and attention each one deserves. My belief is quality and not quantity. That being said, I also have an arsenal of talented second photographers and use them for larger weddings. I believe in developing a warm relationship with my couples and strongly think it's vital for achieving candid and authentic images. I look forward to speaking with you to see if we are a good fit!
WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR WEDDING DAY
Prior to your special day, you can expect me to build a relationship with you so you feel comfortable sharing this intimate day with me. I do this by meeting with you, sharing some laughs and asking lots of questions! I think it's also important to familiarize myself with the important people in your event. I pride myself on having the maturity and interpersonal skills needed to establish a friendly, yet professional relationship with all involved. It is important to be able to interact not just with the bride and groom but with the extended family, the bridal party and all the guests.
I help my clients build a timeline for their wedding photos that will allow the natural events to unfold in a relaxed manner. Great photos are made when you're relaxed, so create a timeline with lots of breathing room.
Using my maturity and experience, you can expect me to take charge during the formals so that it runs smoothly and efficiently, but then to blend in with the group so as not to disrupt the natural flow of your party. I am always present ready to get that fleeting moment yet sensitive and conscious of not overstepping!
